Refund Policy

Your Jeweller will replace goods if they are found to be damaged upon delivery. Please contact Your Jeweller (or Ringwood Jewellers) as soon as this possible within 10 days of delivery. If a replacement is not available at the present time, Your Jeweller will offer a suitable replacement alternative.

Please choose carefully as Your Jeweller does not refund for change of mind or incorrect choice.

Our Jewellery comes with a 12 month warranty, in which we reserve the right to assess the product. If a manufacturing fault is found, we will offer a repair. If irreparable then we may offer a replacement.

Further warranties are offered on some products. (Eg Citizen Eco Drive – 5 year limited warranty.)
